Further to Minute No. 36 of 10 November 2012, the Committee considered the report of the Director of Built Environment on the receipt of an objection to the proposed Traffic Regulation Order in St Luke’s Church Road, Formby, to restrict parking at all times in the vicinity of the bend on St Luke’s Church Road / Kirklake Road and at the junctions with Edenhurst Drive and Kirklake Bank, and to recommend the manner in which it was to be dealt.
The Committee considered the points made by the objector detailed in paragraph 2.1 of the report and the response of the Director of Built Environment detailed in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2.
RESOLVED: That

the Traffic Regulation Order be made for St Luke’s Church Road, Kirklake Road , Edenhurst Drive and Kirklake Bank, Formby, as originally advertised; and

the objector be advised accordingly. |
