Purpose:
Cabinet Member to note the Primary Admissions Scheme, attached as an annex to the report, which includes the administration arrangements for the allocation of Primary School places in Sefton for 2013-14. Consultation on the Scheme has been undertaken with all Sefton Primary Schools.
The report also asks the Cabinet Member to approve the Admission arrangements and Admissions criteria for the Community and Voluntary Controlled schools for which the Local Authority is the Admissions Authority. Once determined these arrangements will be published and submitted to the DfE.
