RESOLVED: That approval be given for:
(1) the immediate extension of 8 contracts with VCF providers
(2) the development and implementation of a process which secures the full range of youth provision through a series of major, medium and minor grants; and
(3) the development and implementation of a development plan to build capacity within the mid area to manage and deliver youth activities.
