The Committee considered the report of the Head of Planning Services recommending that the above application for the change of use for a temporary period of 5 years on part of the land currently used for staff car parking for a combination of staff parking and bus parking be granted subject to the conditions and for the reasons stated or referred to in the report.

 

Prior to consideration of the application, the Committee received a petition on behalf of objectors, which was read out by Suzette Cain, Sefton MBC Solicitor, against the proposed development and a response by the applicant’s agent, Mr.Gee.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That the recommendation be approved and the application be granted subject to the imposition of an initial 12 month temporary period and for the conditions and reasons stated or referred to in the report.

Prior to consideration of the application, the Committee received a petition from which was read out by Suzette Cain, Sefton MBC Solicitor, on behalf of objectors against the proposed development and a response by the applicant’s agent, Mr.Graham.

 

RESOLVED:
