That the Minutes of the meeting held on 4 July, 2017 be confirmed as a correct record.

To consider passing the following resolution:

 

That, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.  The Public Interest Test has been applied and favours exclusion of the information from the Press and Public.

Service Manager - Property and Building Services

Report of the Chief Personnel Officer

Minutes:

The Committee considered the report of the Chief Personnel Officer, which provided an update on the recruitment process so far and advised Members of the process for the completion of the appointment of the Service Manager - Property and Building Services.

 

RESOLVED: That

 

(1)  the shortlist of candidates, detailed within the report and its annexe, be approved; and

 

(2)  the arrangements for the final selection process to the post of Service Manager - Property and Building Services be approved.
