The Cabinet Member:


1.     Approves the returning of the funds received as part of the final payment associated with the disposal of the Senate Business Park.


2.     Authorises the Head of Corporate Resources to make this payment to the Homes and Communities Agency.




Reason for the Decision


Cabinet Member approval is needed to return the funds to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) in accordance with the funding agreements previously applicable to this site

There are no alternative options available as the Council is obliged in the funding agreement to repay the funds.
