Report to obtain authority for the Director of Built Environment in consultation with the Head of Corporate Legal Services to enter into an agreement under Section 38/278 of the Highways Act 1980 with Bellway Homes Ltd (the developer) for the adoption of the their respective estate roads and footways to a new residential development at Kershaw Avenue, Crosby and to issue the various requisite certificates of adoption at each stage of construction, in accordance with the legal agreement.
