Liverpool City Region Child Poverty and Life Chances Commission
The Liverpool City Region Child Poverty and Life Chances Commission is a non-executive body which is charged with holding the City Region and its’ organisations to account for the progress in tackling child poverty and improving the life chances of children and young people. It includes representation from the six Constituent Councils of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral together with Merseyside Police, Merseytravel, health, education, social housing sector, community and voluntary sector providers.
