The Committee considered the joint report of the Executive Director Adult Social Care and Health and NHS Place Director Responsible for Commissioning and the Executive Director Children’s Social Care and Education relating to recruitment to the post of Senior Manager – Children’s Integrated Commissioning.
RESOLVED: That

(1) |
the recommended shortlist of candidates following Technical Interviews carried out by the Executive Director and Assistant Director of Adult Social Care and Health and the Integrated Social Care and Health Manager be approved for progression to the next stage of the selection process;

(2) |
the proposed approach to the recruitment of a Senior Manager – Children’s Integrated Commissioning be approved;
|
|
(3) |
it be noted that the post is graded at Hay 5, with a salary of £66,548 to £73,004 per annum;
|
|
(4) |
it be noted that the job advertisement shown at Annex 1 to the report has been placed on Jobsgopublic and Sefton’s website along with appropriate social media such as the Council’s twitter feed, Facebook, and LinkedIn; and
|
|
(5) |
the job description and person specification set out in Annex 2 to the report be noted. |
