The Council considered the Annual Report of the Standards Committee for 2009/10 and Mr. Neil Edwards, the Independent Chair of the Committee outlined the contents of the report.

 

It was moved by Councillor Fairclough, seconded by Councillor Hill, and

That the report be noted.

Report of the Interim Head of Corporate Legal Services

The Committee considered the report of the Interim Head of Corporate Legal Services which incorporated the draft version of the Annual Report on the work of the Committee for 2009/10.

 

RESOLVED:          That

 

(1)      the Annual Report of the Standards Committee for 2009/10 be approved; and

 

(2)      the report be referred to the Council on 2 September 2010 for consideration.
