Minutes:

Further to Minute No. 44 of the meeting of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee held on 17 January 2011, the Cabinet considered the report of the Environmental and Technical Services Director on the proposed fees and charges for Local Licensing Services in 2011/12.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That the proposed fees and charges for 2011/12 as set out in the Annex to the report be approved.

Report of the Environmental and Technical Services Director

Minutes:

The Committee considered the report of the Environmental and Technical Services Director on proposed changes to fees and charges for Local Licensing Services in 2011/2012.

 

The report indicated that the majority of fees applicable to local licensing matters were set by Central Government and where increases were proposed as detailed in the annex to the report, the increase was in line with inflation and Local Government Regulation (formally known as LACORS) guidance.

 

RESOLVED: That

 

(1)

the proposed fees and charges for 2011/2012 listed in the Annex to the report be endorsed; and

 

(2)

the Cabinet be recommended to approve the proposed fees and charges for 2011/2012.
