The Head of Planning Services submitted a report recommending that the above application for the development of 206 dwellings, including access from Park View, car parking, landscaping and public open space, following the demolition of Orchard Farm and outbuildingsbe granted subject to the conditions and for the reasons stated or referred to in the report. It was reported however that an issue had arisen which needed to be resolved prior to the matter being considered.

RESOLVED:

That consideration of the application be deferred.
