Report of the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health.
Minutes:
The Board considered the report of the Executive Director for Adult Social Care and Health which set out the detail of the recently concluded Health and Wellbeing Board Development programme, its outcomes and next steps.
RESOLVED: That

(1) |
the report be noted; |
|
(2) |
the proposed development steps be agreed; |
|
(3) |
further reports on the Forward Plan and terms of reference will be initially received by the Health and Wellbeing Executive for approval before submission to the Board be agreed; and |
|
(4) |
permission be sought from the Leader of the Council to extend the Board’s Membership to include representatives from Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust and the decision to be ratified through Council. |
