Report of the Head of Regulation and Compliance Minutes: The Committee considered the Report of the Head of Regulation and Compliance, on a proposed Public Space Protection Order – Ticket Touting, under the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, attached as Appendix 1 to the Report. RESOLVED: That the Public Space Protection Order –Ticket Touting as drafted and contained in Appendix 1 be approved for the time period two weeks from 16 July 2017 to 30 July 2017.
