Minutes: The Committee considered the report of the Chief Planning Officer recommending that the above application for the redevelopment and change of Use Class E to Use Class E, F1, F2 (b) and Sui Generis (public houses, wine bars, or drinking establishments, drinking establishments with expanded food provision hot food takeaways off the premises) with external alterations including partial demolition and landscapingbe granted subject to the conditions and for the reasons stated or referred to in the report.
RESOLVED:
That the recommendation be approved and the application be granted subject to the conditions and for the reasons stated or referred to in the report and in Late Representations and the amendment of condition 26 to indicate that the Operations Management Plan shall be implemented in full compliance with the approved details and shall thereafter continue to be fully implemented for the lifetime of the development. |
