Report of the Head of Planning Services Additional documents: Minutes: The Committee considered the report of the Chief Planning Officer that recommended that an application for the erection of four residential apartment blocks with access from Town Lane, Kew be approved subject to the conditions and for the reasons referred to within the report and Late Representations.
RESOLVED:
That the application be approved subject to the conditions and for the reasons referred to in the report and subject to the signing of a deed of modification to the existing Section 106 Agreement. |

Application for Permission to Proceed with a Claim for Planning Statutory Review Minutes: With the consent of the Chair, the Head of Regulation and Compliance made a verbal report to inform the Committee that the Council had received an application to the Planning Court which seeks permission to proceed with a claim for Planning Statutory Review under Section 113 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The Claimant is the owner/occupier of Greenloons Farm, Formby who is seeking an Order that the Local Plan be remitted back to the Council with a Direction that the Boundary of the Coastal Change Management Area be treated as not adopted or that the Boundary as it affects his property be treated as not adopted and that the sequential testing requirement in Policy NH4 be treated as not adopted. The Head of Regulation and Compliance reported that Counsel had been instructed to advise on the matter and that a further report would be submitted in due course.
RESOLVED:
That the verbal report, and the fact that a further report would be submitted in due course, be noted. |
