RESOLVED: That
(1) the Children, Schools and Families Portfolio’s revenue expenditure outturn for 2009/10 be noted;
(2) the Children, Schools and Families Portfolio’s capital expenditure outturn for 2009/10 be noted;
(3) the Children, Schools and Families Portfolio’s performance indicators and data for 2009/10 be noted.

Home Extension for Special Guardians Who Reside in Wrexham PDF 78 KB Report of the Strategic Director - Children, Schools and Families Minutes: The Cabinet Member considered the report of the Strategic Director, Children, Schools and Families seeking approval to continue the ongoing support for two children residing in Wrexham in compliance with the Special Guardianship Regulations; and expenditure to extend the family home to provide bedroom and living space for the two looked after children in the care of their great aunt and partner until adulthood under a Special Guardianship arrangement.
RESOLVED: That
(1) subject to the appropriate financial clearance, the expenditure to extend the family home to provide bedroom and living space for two looked after children in the care of their great aunt and partner until adulthood under a Special Guardianship arrangement as detailed within the report be approved; and
(2) Cabinet be requested to include the above expenditure in the Children, Schools and Families Capital Programme. |

RESOLVED: That
(1) the lowest tender from D.Henderson, Southport in the sum of £211,264.00 for a proposed After Schools Club and Kitchen Extensions at Norwood Primary School, Southport be accepted;
(2) the Acting Head of Corporate Legal Services be requested to enter into a formal contract with the successful tenderer. |
