25.	Digital Inclusion Working Group Final Report View the background to item 25. Report of the Head of Regulation and Compliance At its meeting held on 11 September 2018 the Overview and Scrutiny Committee (Regulatory, Compliance and Corporate Services) approved the Digital Inclusion Working Group Final Report. However, as the Final Report contained many recommendations that fall under the remit of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee (Regeneration and Skills) and following consultations with Councillors Atkinson, Bradshaw and Sayers, the submission of the Final Report to Cabinet on 4 October 2018 was deferred to enable the Overview and Scrutiny Committee (Regeneration and Skills) to consider the Final Report prior to its submission to Cabinet on 6 December 2018.
