DC/2022/01189 - Land To The Rear Of 19 College Avenue, Formby Report of the Chief Planning Officer Minutes: Further to Minute No. 81 of 15 March 2023 the Committee considered the report of the Chief Planning Officer recommending that the above application for the erection of a detached two storey (plus attic floor) dwellinghousebe granted subject to the conditions and for the reasons stated or referred to in the report and in Late Representations.
The Chief Planning Officer reported that an investigation had been carried out and had concluded that whilst the window did serve a habitable room, the distance between the window of the adjoining property and the habitable room window of the proposed dwelling was not considered to give rise to unacceptable impacts to the living conditions of the neighbouring property at No 41, The Evergreens.
RESOLVED:
That the recommendation be approved and the application be granted subject to the conditions and for the reasons stated or referred to in the report and in Late Representations. |
