Members of the Council to form a panel from which a minimum of 3 Members are selected to form a politically balanced Committee. At least one member of the Cabinet to be included on the Committee.

The role of the Committee is to appoint Chief Officers of the Council and determine employment procedure issues set out in Chapter 7 of the Council’s Constitution.
