The Council considered the report of the Leader of the Council setting out the details of those urgent matters dealt with in accordance with Rule 46 of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee Procedure Rules and Rule 27 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules in Chapters 6 and 12 of the Council Constitution.
