Consultees

Regular and ongoing consultations have taken place with Strategic Directors, Director of Built Environment, Director of Street Scene, Director of Young People and Families, Director of Older People, Director of Corporate Support Services and Director of Commissioning, Head of Personnel, Head of Corporate Finance and ICT, Head of Corporate Legal Services and Trade Unions.

 

Consultation is progressing on a wide range of options, the different categories of consultation include

  • Full Public Consultation (large scale change or impact to public services)
  • Staff/Partner and Service Provider Consultations (change for individual service-users/groups and/or service providers)
  • Internal Options (small scale, practical efficiencies to be progressed without further consultation)
