To seek approval for a series of proposed new minimum standards in respect to design specifications and materials for new residential developments within Sefton, in order to ensure that new innovations and technologies in respect to highway infrastructure are considered and that full advantage is taken of the opportunity to reduce the highway maintenance liability for the Council in future years
