The report to Cabinet is required to enable progress to be made in respect of authorisation to develop the Green Print Framework such that it is relevant to Sefton. It is not intended to replace existing (detailed) Sefton greenspace policy, but can be viewed more as a high level statement and potential mechanism for securing future investment
