The Employment and Housing: Anfield and Queens Bedford project will create more than 500 new houses and 120 jobs in North Liverpool and South Sefton. The project is partially funded by the Regional Growth Fund who have provisionally allocated £1.4m for Sefton. Authority is sought to accept the terms under which the grant is offered, seek authority to dispose of the relevant sites to a partner developer, and to enter into the necessary legal framework.
