The Capital Programme was approved by Council on 28 February, with Cabinet approving additional schemes in July 2013.
A further update of the 2013/14 Capital Programme will be considered by Cabinet in November. This will highlight additional schemes to be included in the programme and identify the allocation of part of the Adult Personal Social Services Grant (which was retained to support the transformation of Adult Social Services, including service remodelling and systems development).
The report will also provide further information on the timetable for determining schemes to be considered for inclusion within the 2014/15 Capital Programme.
