This report shall be seeking permission to invite Tenders on a cost / quality basis for suitable Contractors to be added to a Framework Contract. The scope of the work to be delivered under the Framework will be street lighting and associated electrical highway street furniture. The Framework will be utilised as required to support the Authorities own in-house street lighting operations team.
