The Draft Liverpool City Region Tenancy (LCR)
Strategy provides an update to Sefton's approved Tenancy Strategy
2012. The purpose of this strategy enables the Council to provide
updated guidance to Housing Associations throughout the LCR on
their use of fixed term tenancies, how and when they may use these
types of tenancy and finally when fixed term tenancies come to an
end, the circumstances under which they will grant a further
tenancy.
