The current Framework Agreement, core period 1st February 2014 to 31st January 2017, has an option to extend by 1 x 12 month period at the discretion of the MPP following the successful performance of supplier over the core period of the Contract. The Supplier has confirmed that the extension period would remain at the existing management fee which is currently the lowest management fee available from existing MSTAR Frameworks. Approval is sought to extend the Agreement for the 12 month extension period of the Contract.
