Tender for the Pprocurement of a Supported Living Service for 5 Clients with Learning Disabilities

This report seeks approval to commence a tender exercise to secure a care Provider to deliver a supported living service for 5 Service Users with Learning Disabilities. An appropriate property has been identified in the Linacre Ward area and Service Users who would benefit from such a service have been identified through the Adult Social Care assessment process. The service commissioned will be based on the model of care and support previously approved by Cabinet.
