Re-evaluating the current offer within Sefton. The NHS health check programme is a national service delivered locally aimed at preventing disease including heart disease, stroke, diabetes and chronic kidney disease in eligible populations between the ages of 40 - 74.
NHS health checks became a statutory public health service in April 2013 with Local Authorities responsible for local provision.
