North West Flexible Purchasing System for Children & Young People with SEND

The purpose of this report is to seek approval on the establishment of a North West SEND Flexible Purchasing System (FPS), for purchasing services for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and or Disabilities; hosted by Cheshire East Council on behalf of 22 other Local Authorities across the North West Region. The intention of the FPS is to enable Sefton to purchase high quality and cost-effective provision to help our children and young people thrive and achieve.
