To determine an application for a Definitive Map Modification Order, under Section 53(5) of The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 relating to several routes in Formby and seek authority to make Modification Orders, if the evidence shows that public rights of way exist or that the Definitive Map and Statement needs modifying.
