Current Selective and Additional (HMO) Licensing schemes will end in March 2023. We are seeking Cabinet approval to prepare a Business Case, to be consulted upon, for the re-designation of these Selective and Additional (HMO) Licensing Schemes for the next five years (2023-2028).
