Consultation process

Consultation has taken place through meetings and emails

Consultees

Consultation has taken place with Procurement and Legal colleagues.

Not a key decision: These novation requests will not have budgetary impact outside of the current Domiciliary Care budget, as packages of care will continue to be delivered at Sefton agreed rates. Whilst service users are across a number of wards, there will be no change to Service Users in the care that they receive.
