The procurement team includes representation from Legal , Finance, HR and the Central procurement team, therefore consultation and engagement will take place on the proposed decision via this Procurement teams regular board meetings chaired by the Executive Director for Corporate Resources and Customer Service, Consultation with the Cabinet member will be completed via a Cabinet Member briefing session. which are schedule on a fortnightly basis.
