Summary:

 

  1. To seek approval for the inclusion of a modification/amendment to the existing policy for Traffic Regulation Orders by the introduction of a specific Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will enable the Authority to discourage and enforce verge and pavement parking at specific and persistent problematic sites in town and village centres.

 

  1. To seek agreement for an amendment to the scheme of delegation when dealing with Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTRO’s).
