• Cllr. Iain Brodie - Browne - Personal - Declared an interest because of his employment at the charitable organisation 'Imagine'. The Community Right to Challenge would give provision for charitable/voluntary groups to bid to take over the running of local public services, local amenities and buildings when they came up for sale.
