Sefton Hospitality Operations Limited is a company wholly owned by Sefton Council and is focussed on the operation of assets in the hospitality sector from hotels through to bars and restaurants as well as outside catering, food delivery and events including the hospitality elements of the Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre known as The Lake House

Sefton Council may appoint one Councillor to be a Non-Executive Director on the Sefton Hospitality Operations Limited Board and one Councillor to be a Shareholder Representative on the Board.
