The Objectives of the Southport Town Deal Board are to:

·       Define the strategy and vision for the town

·       Develop and agree an evidenced based Southport Town Investment Plan

·       Develop a clear programme of interventions

·       Serve as an advisory board to Sefton Council

·       Co-ordinate resources and influence stakeholders

The membership of the Board includes representatives of Sefton Council, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership, Southport Business Improvement District (BID), Merseyside Police, local businesses, local colleges, and the MP for Southport.
